I am presently working as an Analyst at a boutique Investment Bank.
Joining the Colgate Investment Group a couple months into college sparked my interest in finance. I was drawn in by the collegiate culture and the intersection of strategic and quantitative thinking. As an analyst in the consumer retail sector, I loved picking apart a business and utilizing everyday experiences of staple companies to inform investment decisions.
I spent the next summer at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business with the Bridge Program to explore business more broadly and had another positive experience in an Investment Banking role. I collaborated with a team of 5 peers and a tight deadline to produce and present a DCF and acquisition recommendation for Caterpillar Inc to a panel of faculty and industry executives.
Professional growth as a Strategic Implementation Analyst in the Global Capital Markets group at Wilmington Trust further developed my industry interest and expertise. After only 6 months, I led a team of 5 coworkers in transforming monthly reports by automating them with Power BI and identifying reporting efficiencies.
Joining an Investment Bank was a natural next step. I thoroughly enjoy helping companies grow and navigate complex financial situations, then seeing the impact of that work play out in the news. I am thriving in the fast-paced, challenging, collegiate environment of an Investment Bank.

"Anisha stood out. She was one of the sharpest and also one of the most enthusiastic.. For the final project, Anisha, unlike many students, made her report something more than a simple record of ups and downs in her portfolio. She understood the assignment and exerted the necessary effort to give a thorough, reflective overview of her thought process. She adeptly integrated the course concepts into her trading strategy and report, demonstrating a level of comprehension well beyond her years."
