- Created literature review on Qualitative Analysis by researching and compiling relevant academia to inform development of practical guidelines for IMPACT country teams
- Produced communications piece on humanitarian aid delivery by synthesizing findings, forming recommendations, and coordinating with various teams to advocate for accountability research

Self-taught Adobe InDesign to create internal reports; innovated quarterly Global Review reporting system by digitizing data collection and creating an InDesign reporting template to simplify and maximize system efficiency.
