Building a student rewards program from scratch at a community enrichment school.

Vidyalaya offers a three-hour weekly enrichment program for 200 children of the Indian American community, requiring significant administrative support.
Noticing concern for attendance, participation, and school spirit in administrative meetings, I recognized I was uniquely positioned as a student leader to address the gap. I developed a practical solution to this abstract goal by taking an idea, building a team, brainstorming a solution, and presenting it to the administration. Implementation included weekly upkeep and delegating responsibility. The strength of the program is evident in its persisting success.

- Processed and booked reimbursements, managed enrollment, and communicated with parents and teachers to improve the functionality of the administration
