- Out of a 50+ incoming class, 1 of 3 chosen to lead a team in proposing a solution for increasing employee retention to senior level management
- Worked in a team of 5 to propose a solution for targeting new customers in a specific customer segment, practicing principles of customer centricity and agile methodology
Strategic Implementation Group
- Supported Product Leaders in the Global Capital Markets business line, involving risk management, reporting, and process improvement
- Defined guidance on debiting cost centers for miscellaneous amounts by consulting subject matter experts, then crafting a written procedure that was successfully circulated and approved
- Refined competency in Microsoft Excel with thorough data cleaning and frequent use of shortcuts, pivot tables, vlookup, and independently learned formulas as needed
Project on Internal Reporting
- Produced quantitative metrics of team performance involving reviewing work done over the previous 3 months, classifying 500+ tasks into broader themes, then iteratively defining standards for classifying future tasks
- Utilized quantitative theme-based data to produce dashboards in Microsoft Power BI on progress and prioritization of themes, in preparation for bi-weekly presentations to stakeholders
- Set up a series of sample Jira Boards to propose a move from Microsoft Teams, involving preliminary research, mass uploading of tasks, and incremental improvements until receiving final team approval
- Conducted user trainings on Jira and continued to incrementally improve the live board

- Self-taught Microsoft Power BI to create reporting dashboards; led team of 5 in transforming and automating monthly reports
